It's good to stay as always .clean and neat room and bed, even supply hot water at summer for shower.breakfast choice is very limited,but the food is delicious.

Front desk staff is too much busy in his own work and did not take seriousness to the customer. Rudeness at his peak as me and my wife waited at desk for 20 minutes it's strange totally.

I stayed at Hotel One over the competition because the price was much better. I also read the reviews from previous travelers which said that Hotel one was better than the other major competitor. The staff were really very, very helpful. The hotel was in a very quiet, safe neighborhood with no noise, very peaceful. The check-in was so easy and effortless. The staff was incredible and very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was good, no complaints. The AC in my room was working great the whole time!
